Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all inserts. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be approved. Returns that do not meet these standards may be rejected. Customers are responsible for safe packaging when returning items.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded: items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Any attempt to return these items may result in refusal of the return.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds may be denied if items are returned outside the stated timeframe or do not meet our return standards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible. To ensure a quick resolution, include photos and a clear description of the issue. BeMineBox reserves the right to request additional information to confirm the claim before issuing a refund or replacement.
